Business Policies for Rock Your Story

1. Class & Workshop Cancellations

  • Students may cancel or reschedule their registration up to 24 hours before the class or workshop and receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class or workshop are non-refundable.
  • In the event that Rock Your Story cancels a class, registered students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
  • Late arrivals: Classes will begin on time. Participants arriving late may not receive a full session, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed time.

2. Refunds & Online Content

  • All digital downloads, online courses, or other digital content are non-refundable.
  • Once a purchase is completed, the digital product will be available immediately for download. Please ensure your device is compatible before purchase.

3. Communication Policy

  • Rock Your Story strives to respond to all inquiries promptly. You can expect a reply within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • For urgent matters, please indicate urgency in your email subject line, and we will do our best to prioritize.
  • Business hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed the following business day.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or purchase will only be used to facilitate services and communication and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Any content shared during classes, workshops, or online platforms should be treated as confidential. Please respect the privacy of other participants.

5. Liability & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety during in-person or online sessions.
  • Rock Your Story is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage of personal property during classes, workshops, or while using digital content.
  • Any physical activities or exercises included in workshops are performed at the participant’s own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including worksheets, recordings, slides, and digital content, are copyrighted by Rock Your Story.
  • Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

7. Accessibility & Special Requests

  • We aim to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you require accommodations or have specific needs for a class or workshop.

8. Changes to Policies

  • Rock Your Story reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website.
